First, ensure you’ve plugged the headset correctly into your device. If that doesn't work, check your audio settings to ensure that your speakers are enabled and your device isn't muted. Additionally, check the volume levels on both your device and the headset to ensure they're at an appropriate level.
If the issue persists, try unplugging the audio cable, wiping off any stains or dust on the interface, and then reconnecting the headset to your device. Verify if the microphone is working properly now.
How can I make the headset's microphone work when connecting to my computer?
Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound. Disable the onboard microphone on your computer and set the Headset Microphone as the default recording device.
Ensure that the microphone is not muted.
What should I do if the person on the other end of the call can't hear me?
Check that the microphone is not muted.
Make sure your headset is set as the default audio device in your system's audio settings. You can find more detailed sound setting instructions on page 5.
Confirm that your device is compatible with the headset. Please note that the E900 Pro headset is not compatible with Xbox® 360, and the older version of Xbox® One requires an additional Microsoft adapter (not included).
